At the Cactus Rose, you can come and experience a taste of the Wild West. We sit right on Highway 50 (which was once part of an old stage line) 8 miles west of Cañon City, Colorado. When you stay with us you are close to all the major attractions and right out our back door is an inspiring view of the majestic Sangré dé Cristos mountain range and every morning and evening you will be blessed with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.

Here at the Cactus Rose, we have tried to keep the West alive. Each one of our rooms has been named after a genuine western personality that in some way branded a part of him or herself onto Colorado history. A little of that person goes into each room.
